Just a heads up, this soap barely lathered for me. It felt more like I was rubbing a waxy bar on my skin than actually washing with soap. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re expecting a good foam or clean feel.

I ordered from Old Whaling Company i was surprised by how small it was when it showed up. For the price, I really expected something more normal-sized. I even went back to the product page to make sure I hadn’t missed something, but I still don’t think the sizing was clear enough. I thought about reaching out, but I don’t have a lot of faith in customer service actually making it right, so I’m probably just taking the loss. Disappointing, and I doubt I’ll order again

I was actually excited to try these because they smell really nice right out of the package. But when I opened it up and saw the size of the bars, I was kind of surprised. They’re much smaller than I expected, especially for the price. i just felt like I paid more than what I got.

Overall, my order was fine and I did actually like the way the soaps smelled. They have a nice scent and everything arrived as expected, so I don’t really have any big complaints. I’m just not completely sure I’d rush to buy them again right away, since they didn’t totally wow me or anything. I could see myself ordering more if there was a good sale going on, or if they came out with a scent that sounded like something I’d really love.

I really liked the smell when I first put it on. Fresh. Clean. But it was pretty much gone within about an hour. Disappointing

By the time it finally started going somewhere, it was already too late. Customer service was polite, sure, but that didn’t really help the situation. If I need something by a certain date, I’m not taking the chance with them again.

I left the store disappointed. The whole visit was just not great, i expected at least a little effort. Silly me, right?

The products may be totally fine, but the wait was frustrating enough that I’d think twice before ordering again if I needed something by a normal timeframe

I was ready to order a few things, but then I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost. It was way higher than I expected, kind of a dealbreaker. I just ended up closing the page instead. Oh well, saved myself some money, I guess

They did end up fixing my issue eventually, but the whole process dragged on way longer than it should have. Replies were slow, and some of the support messages made me feel like the problem was somehow my fault, which was frustrating. Glad it got resolved in the end, but the experience wasn’t great.
